Boltaron® 1050 sheet is a monolithic Type 1 PVC sheet that is free of pits, voids and inclusions, and not subject to delamination associated with competitive heavy gauge sheet.

Boltaron® 1050E Type 1 PVC is an extruded, corrosion resistant, fire rated sheet with normal impact resistance for fabricating, machining and thermoforming applications.

Boltaron® 1165/1165C is a proprietary, fire retardant PVC/Acrylic sheet that is favorably priced against competitive general purpose, fire rated sheet.

Boltaron® 4050 is high impact, high corrosion resistant, Type II PVC sheet with an industrial smooth finish on both sides.

Wood core substrates that are membrane pressed or flat laminated with Boltaron® 4065MP sheet can resist impact, abrasion, harsh cleansers and general abuse typical of commercial and institutional environments — while continuing to look new after years in the field.

Boltaron® 4125 is a normal impact, high temperature, corrosion resistant CPVC sheet with an industrial smooth finish on both sides.

Boltaron® 4205 is a proprietary, high heat distortion, fire retardant, extruded thermoplastic sheet designed to meet stringent FAA flammability requirements and higher in-service temperature applications.

Boltaron® 4225 is a bright white, CPVC sheet with a smooth polished surface on both sides. Boltaron® 4225 is suitable for thermoforming and meets FM Global Cleanroom Materials flammability test protocol (Class 4910).

Boltaron® 4300 is a transparent, high impact, corrosion resistant Type II PVC sheet with a smooth polished surface on both sides.

Boltaron® 4325 is a transparent, corrosion resistant CPVC sheet with a smooth polished surface on both sides.

Boltaron® RIGIWALL® 4343/4353 sheet is a proprietary, extruded PVC/Acrylic alloy developed as a protective and attractive interior wall covering for commercial and institutional buildings such as hospitals, long term care facilities, commercial and government offices, schools, supermarkets, retail stores, airports, clinics, elevators, prisons and other high traffic interiors.

Boltaron® RIGIWALL® 4333W (W=weatherable) is a proprietary, calendared Acrylic/PVC Alloy sheet, designed as a UV resistant, durable, protective wall covering for patio enclosures.

Boltaron® products are available in several grades of PVC/alloy that meet MVSS, Docket 90, Docket 90A, ASTM E-84, and/or ASTM E-62. In addition to required certification, these products offer high performance physical and electrical properties, as well as extreme formability and availability in virtually unlimited opaque colors, scratch resistance metallic colors, and standard and custom colors.

It offers Izod Impact resistance of 5.0 ft lbs/in. (265 J/m)
